「Smart Track人員綜合管理系統」是用於工地人員智能管理的創新產品,包括人面識別考勤系統及工人動態管理系統。透過使用物聯網、生物科技、無線射頻辨識(RFID)及藍牙低功耗(BLE)即時定位等技術,配合工人的工作情況,提供完善數據,加強工地安全。
方案包括3組必要硬件:智能安全帽(Smart Chip)、工人身份配對設備 ( Smart Link ) 及定位基站(Smart Hub)。系統利用人臉識別技術實時記錄工人出勤情況,並透過智能安全帽實現區域人員定位,以及配合智慧手環(Smart Watch)提供工人即時數據及讓工人SOS求援功能。
SmartTrack至今已應用於本港多個項目,當中包括將軍澳海水淡化廠、將軍澳中醫醫院、啓德新急症醫院、缸瓦埔警察訓練學院、宏照道第一期公屋發展計劃等項目。系統透過人面識別技術實現自動化考勤,減少人工記錄和管理的工作量,提高準確性和效率。 管理人員亦可即時監測工地人員實時位置;而人員軌跡數據更有助防疫追蹤,有效提高管理效率和工地安全。 |
SmartTrack Integrated Workers Management System is an innovative solution designed for real-time intelligent workers management at construction sites. By leveraging technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Biotechnology, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), SmartTrack provides the management team with workers’ comprehensive real-time data, enhancing overall construction site safety and efficiency.
Comprised of three key hardware components – Smart Safety Helmet (SmartChip), Worker Identity Matching Device (SmartLink), and Positioning Base Station (SmartHub), this solution offers accurate tracking of worker locations and workforce numbers for effective management. Through the implementation of facial recognition technology, the system records workers' attendance in real-time, while the SmartChip allows precise worker positioning. Additionally, when paired up with a SmartWatch, worker’s health data can be collected and an SOS function is available for workers to seek assistance.
SmartTrack has been implemented in multiple projects in Hong Kong, including the Tseung Kwan O Desalination Plant, Tseung Kwan O Chinese Medicine Hospital, Kai Tak New Acute Hospital, Kong Nga Po Police Training Facilities, and Public Housing Development at Wang Chiu Road Phase 1. The system utilizes facial recognition technology to automate attendance management, reducing manual recording and administrative workload while enhancing accuracy and efficiency. Managers can also monitor the real-time locations of workers on the construction site. Workers trajectory data is valuable for epidemic tracing, effectively improving management efficiency and site safety. |
