海宏技術和深圳市衛星物聯網產業協會於10月3日聯合舉辦「大灣區建築創新與技術峰會2024。」香港土木工程署前署長/香港工程科學院院士劉正光博士，清華大學互聯網研究院研究員朱軍，深圳市衛星物聯網產業協會會長/香港賦能創新科技股份有限公司董事長張一平，中建香港助理總經理邵瑞喆共同出席活動並擔任主禮嘉賓。

峰會共有過百位大灣區建築業界領袖、創新者和公司代表參與，共同探討粤港兩地的未來建造業發展，從不同視角了解目前大灣區建築業數字化的挑戰與進程。是次活動成功有賴多位建築業界領袖的鼎力支持，未來海宏將持續促進大灣區建造業的創新交流和技術推廣，為業界貢獻。

Transcendence, in collaboration with the Shenzhen Satellite Internet of Things  Industry Association (SIOT), successfully hosted the "Greater Bay Area Construction Innovation & Technology Conference 2024" on 3 October. It was a true honor to have distinguished guests including Ir Prof. Lau Ching-kwong, former Director of the Civil Engineering Department and Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering Science (HKAES), Jun Zhu from Tsinghua University, Zhang Yiping, Chairman of the Shenzhen Satellite Internet of Things Industry Association, and Shao Ruizhe, Chairman of Transcendence. 

The event brought together over a hundred leaders, innovators, and representatives from the construction industry across the Greater Bay Area. We enjoyed insightful discussions and expert perspectives that sparked valuable exchanges of ideas. Thank you to all who supported and participated in this event. 海宏技術於10月29日至30日受邀參與由發展局及建造業議會合辦的「2024建造業議會國際建造數碼化論壇暨展覽」（GCDFE），海宏團隊有幸設置展覽並在論壇以「C-SMART賦能智慧建築安全」為題，與各政府部門、顧問、承建商及前線人員分享C-SMART在工地上的應用，並介紹建築信息模擬（BIM）服務，從模型建造、管理、顧問到訓練服務，如何提升施工管理及成本控制。發展局項目策略及管控處處長羅國權先生、建造業議會主席何安誠教授等多位政府官員及業界領袖先後到海宏展位參觀交流，並對C-SMART及BIM服務給予肯定，認可產品有效為工地安全及施工管理提供更優質的方案。

GCDFE旨在推動建造業的數碼轉型和創新，透過主題論壇及展覽形式，展示最先進的技術和創新解決方案，為建造業的未來發展奠定基礎，宣揚工地安全的重要。

Transcendence was invited to participate in the "2024 Global Construction Digitalisation Forum and Exhibition," co-organised by the Development Bureau and the Construction Industry Council (CIC), from October 29 to 30. Our team set up a booth and presented on "C-SMART Empowers Construction Safety," sharing insights on how C-SMART is applied on construction sites. We also discussed how BIM services, including modeling, management, consultancy, and training, play a crucial role in improving construction processes with various stakeholders, including government departments, consultants, contractors, and frontline personnel. Notable officials and industry leaders, such as Mr. LO Kwok Kuen, Head of the Project Strategy and Governance Office, and Ir Prof. Thomas HO, Chairman of the CIC, visited our booth and expressed their appreciation for C-SMART and BIM service.

The GCDFE featured a diverse programme, including forums and exhibitions that showcase the latest cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions transforming the future of construction, with the aims of driving digital transformation and innovation in the construction industry.
