Established in 2014, Transcendence Company Limited is dedicated to revolutionizing the construction industry through cutting-edge technological services.
Pioneering the "C-SMART All-in-One Smart Construction Management Platform," the company is transforming the engineering landscape in Hong Kong. In addition, Transcendence provides an industry-leading, comprehensive BIM service that spans from 3D to 8D.
The "C-SMART All-in-One Smart Construction Management Platform" leverages the power of IoT, AI, cloud computing, and BIM to deliver tailor-made solutions for smart construction sites. This platform streamlines operational processes, enhances decision-making capabilities, and facilitates the seamless integration of smart and digital management practices in construction.
Moreover, the BIM service encompasses the entire lifecycle of construction projects, including design coordination, digital surveying, BIM construction plan animation, and training and consultancy. By optimizing design, improving construction progress management, and enforcing cost control, this service plays a pivotal role in elevating project outcomes and efficiency.

Our Team
Mr. Shao, aged 40, joined CSHK in 2007. He was appointed as Assistant President on 2021 and as Chairman of Transcendence and China State Construction Science and Technology on 2023. With a Master's degree in Construction and Real Estate from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and over 17 years of experience, Mr. Shao specializes in construction management and technology.

Mr. Cheung leads the development of the C-SMART, utilizing AI, IoT, sensors, and cloud analysis to enhance construction project efficiency and quality. With over 30 years of project management experience in both government and private sectors.

Mr. Xu Peng joined the CSHK in 2011 and was appointed as the Assistant General Manager and Director of Transcendence in 2022. With a Master's degree in Engineering Management and 12 years of experience, he specializes in engineering equipment management, digital management, and technological innovation.

Mr. Simon Ng, Chief Digital Officer, proceed with a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering. Mr. Ng is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), CIC-Certified BIM Manager (CCBM) and has more than 13 years of BIM experience. Simon is currently the chairman of the Hong Kong Institution of Building Information Modeling (HKIBIM) and was awarded the "CIC Young BIMer of the Year 2014"

With 20 years of IT development experience, Mr. Yu joined Transcendence in 2020. As the development leader, he successfully innovated C-SMART, transforming information dashboards into interactive platforms for multiple construction sites. His responsibilities include software and hardware development, design, consulting, project management, and training.

Mr. Guan has over 15 years of experience in project engineering management and digitalization. At Transcendence since 2020, he leads the team in deploying the C-SMART platform on multiple construction sites. His innovative approach includes implementing construction robots and digital solutions, greatly enhancing efficiency.

Ms. Lau, with over 15 years of marketing experience, joined Transcendence in 2021. She is responsible for promoting and raising awareness of C-SMART through various marketing activities. Additionally, she supports the company in participating in bidding projects by preparing proposals and quotations for innovative technology solutions.

Manager of Innovation Department. Graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology, holding a MBA degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a CIC-Certified BIM Manager (CCBM) and was awarded Young BIMer of Year 2023. Thomas has 9 years of experience in construction engineering, innovation technology and BIM application & management.

Mr. Guan Wei, Assistant BIM Manager, has over 10 years of experience in construction industry and BIM practice. He has worked for large state-owned developer, leading design consulting firm, and main contractor. He joined Transcendence in 2018 and is currently responsible for the R&D and promotion of BIM+ technology products.
