Project Introduction

Construction of three non-standard residential buildings (Block One, Block Two and Block Three) comprising: A 39-storey non-standard residential building with Mutual Aid Committee Offices (MAC) and a study room and welfare facilities on the ground floor. Two 35-storey non-standard residential buildings with three ground-level podium levels and one basement level. Three 36-storey non-standard residential buildings with basement and open-air parking on the first floor, table tennis and badminton courts and basketball courts on the first floor, covered walkways, plantations and public play areas on the second floor.
