Project Introduction

In 2020, the novel coronavirus will wreak havoc all over the world, and the government urgently needs to increase quarantine facilities in a short time. In view of this, the government chose Penny's Bay in Hong Kong to build Community Isolation Facilities (CIFs) to stop the spread of the epidemic in the community.
