C-SMART E-Permit 電子許可證 C-SMART E-Permit C-SMART E-Permit系統可供用戶線上辦理工程電子許可證，取代傳統人手文書辦理流程。整個申請及批核過程全面電子化，無需親自提交實體文件。管理人員可隨時於C-SMART APP審批、簽收、查閱及即時終止流程，更可設定不同職位對應相關工程許可證，易於管理。電子系統方便快捷，有助縮減申請批核時間，所有申請數據紀錄直接上傳平台，方便統計分析，亦降低文檔管理成本。  系統適用於以下電子許可證： ●    密閉空間工作許可證 ●    帶電工程許可證 ●    升降機槽內工作許可證 ●    進入工程證可證 ●    熱工序施工許可證 ●    外牆棚工作許可證 ●    假天花工作許可證 The C-SMART E-Permit system digitizes and streamlines the entire permit application process, replacing traditional paper-based process. Workers can submit their permit applications through C-SMART App, eliminating the need for physical document submission. Managers can review, approve, and cancel permits. They can also assign different permit types to specific positions, facilitating effective oversight and control. With all the data directly uploaded to the platform, managers can effortlessly analyze the data, while also reducing the physical document management cost.
